Job Description
- Manage, train, and supervise a crew of 2–5 field technicians to execute landscape and hardscape designs efficiently.
- Monitor daily tasks to ensure all work meets high standards, from plant selection to structural installations.
- Enforce strict safety regulations, oversee the proper use of PPE, and inspect work environments.

Job Requirements
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Must have personal transportation
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
- Ability to read and implement structural blueprints and drawings.
- Must have all PPE
