Builder looking to hire a team to install, plaster and finish stucco work.

Team will consist of one foreman and 3-4 helpers

• Prepare work areas by cleaning and masking

• Mix stucco materials to proper consistency (scratch, brown, and finish coats)

• Apply stucco using hand tools or spray equipment

• Install lath, foam, wire mesh, and moisture barriers as required

• Repair cracks, patches, and damaged stucco surfaces

• Ensure proper curing and finishing techniques for long lasting results

• Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow all safety procedures

• Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to supervisors

• Work as a coordinated team to meet deadlines and quality standards

• Experience in stucco application (1–3 years preferred)

  Knowledge of stucco systems: traditional, synthetic (EIFS), and patch/repair

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, heights)
