Job Description

  • Process weekly payroll, verify and make corrections 
  • Enter employees hours into company's payroll administrators website
  • Address HR issues necessary 
  • Retrieve and distribute mail 
  • Reconcile bank and credit cards statements in quickbooks online 
  • Very customers and vendors invoices are "pushed" from job boss to quickbooks
  • Perform three way match with PO,POD, and invoice, for customer and vendor orders
  • Prepare bank deposits and match to cin quickbooks to payments received 
  • Do bank deposits and confirm amounts are matched in quickbooks 
  • Contact customers and vendors regarding invoice discrepancies
  • Research and correct invoice discrepancies 
  • Generate and verify aging report 
  •  Respond to customer and vendors inquiries 
  • Process, scan, and mail vendor payments 
  • Maintain vendor, customer, payroll digital files, and other files as needed
  • Assist with shipment as needed
  • Assist with other duties as needed 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in a customer contact, office admin, and bookkeeping position
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Must have Data Entry, Microsoft Office and Email software knowledge 
  • Must have Quickbooks Online experience 
  • Knowledge with ERP system and Job Boss a plus
  • Must be organized and punctual 
  • Must have the ability to problem solve, be train-able
  • Must be self-directed 
  • Must have high level to attention to detail 

Additional Information

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $85.00 Hourly
