Assist in  the Loading and Unloading AV equipment from delivery trucks.
Properly wrap, store, and organize cables and AV equipment to prevent damage.
Maintain inventory records and ensure equipment is accurately tracked.
Conduct basic quality checks on microphones, speakers, mixers, projectors, screens, and lighting equipment.
Report any issues or damages to the warehouse manager for repair or replacement.
Keep the warehouse and equipment storage areas clean and organized.
Assist with routine equipment maintenance and ensure all items are in working condition.
Follow safety Protocols and guidelines when handling equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other team members to support event setups and installations when required.

High school diploma
Previous experience with audio-visual equipment is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment
Basic understanding of AV equipment and technology
Excellent organizational skills
Reliable and punctual
