Job Description
- takes order over the phone, answer, and directs phone calls
- process order from shopify, amazon and other e-commerce and online sales
- charges customers credit card prior to shipment of orders
- prepares packing list, shipping labels, credit memo and invoices
- scheduling shipment of completed orders during the day
- responds to customers queries through email and phone calls regarding products
- must strongly required knowing numbers
