Administrative Assistant

Job Description
Responsibilities include the following
- File Contract dpci,emts and change order documentation for both owner and subcontractors
- Handle both hardcopy and electronic filing processes
- Offer additional administrative support to other departments
- Process AP credit card statements and / or Subs and Material Invoices
- Provide backup support for the receptionist
- Track, manager insurance certs for sub-contractors
- Enter and maintain all insurance information in Sage/ Timberline, ensuring that all data is accurate and timely.
Job Requirements
Experience: One (1) year of experience performing general clerical duties.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to independently analyze and investigate issues.
- Knowledge in MS Office: Access, Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to adapt to new challenges is a must
Additional Information
This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job with pay range from $17.00- $85 /hour depending on experience.
