Responsibilities include the following

  • File Contract dpci,emts and change order documentation for both owner and subcontractors 
  • Handle both hardcopy and electronic filing processes
  • Offer additional administrative support to other departments
  • Process AP credit card statements and / or Subs and Material Invoices 
  • Provide backup support for the receptionist
  • Track, manager insurance certs for sub-contractors 
  • Enter and maintain all insurance information in Sage/ Timberline, ensuring that all data is accurate and timely.

Job Requirements

Experience: One (1) year of experience performing general clerical duties.  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to independently analyze and investigate issues.
  • Knowledge in MS Office: Access, Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt to new challenges is a must 

Additional Information

This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job with pay range from $17.00- $85 /hour depending on experience.
