Develop, validate, and debug measurement programs for CMM and other automated inspection equipment.

Machinery Operation: Proficiently operate manual and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery.

Create and maintain supporting documentation for inspection processes.

Recommend and implement best practices for inspection and measurement.

Support and improve measurement systems and metrology practices across the organization.

Perform 1st piece, in-process, and final inspections using CMMs as well as conventional metrology tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators, etc.).

Ensure the quality of all material meets customer specifications through applicable quality policies, procedures and instructions.

Knowledge of how CAD models work.

Strong specific knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, setup, tooling and fixture techniques.

Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to read and understand material specifications

 Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude.
