Job Description

Looking for an airbrushing technician applies fine layers of paint, ink or dyes to surfaces using an airbrush tool, often in automotive, beauty, artistic settings. Candidate will be working on mascots. Each mascot character is uniquely designed, sculpted, manufactured and hand-painted by our team of skilled artisans. Our mascot heads are constructed out of light-weight, molded foam and latex for superior durability and detail unmatched by rigid construction techniques. 
 
Key duties: 
  • preparing surfaces
  • mixing and color-matching paints 
  • operating airbrush equipment 
  • maintaining equipment and safety standards
  • ensuring quality finishes 

Job Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of various painting methods, tools, and materials.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to identify and resolve defects, producing a high-quality finish.
  • Color Matching Ability: The skill to match colors and achieve the desired sheen on surfaces.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Adaptability: The capacity to work with different types of surfaces and meet varied paint requirements.
  • Safety Awareness: A commitment to following all safety protocols and using personal protective equipment.
