Job Description
Apartment Community is looking to hire a maintenance technician.
Job description include but not limited to: repair / remodel/ unit turns for new tenants.
Job function: Must have knowledge in plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, basic computer skills.
Must be dependable, reliable and a team player. Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
Must have a clean criminal background and pass a drug screen.
Position is temp/ temp to hire.
Work hours will be 8am to 5pm.

Salary: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
