We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Welder to join our team on a temporary basis. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the welding trade while gaining hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals. Training is provided, and no previous welding experience is required.

• Assist experienced welders with fabrication, repair, and installation projects.

• Prepare materials and equipment for welding.

• MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.

• Read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings.

• Maintain tools and equipment.

• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures.

• Keep work areas clean and organized.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Reliable transportation.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

• Previous construction or shop experience is helpful but not required.
