Auto Parts Associate – Battery Shop

Job Description
- Answer phones and assist customers with battery inquiries.
- Take orders via phone, email, and in person.
- Use the computer/POS system to look up battery sizes, specifications, and compatibility.
- Enter customer and vehicle information into the database with high attention to detail.
- Process invoices, print warranties, and email receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels and place restock orders.
- Perform basic data entry and handle communications via email and Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
Job Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required).
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software.
- Accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Prior customer service experience preferred; experience in recruiting is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with an excellent phone personality.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining professional.
- Polite, friendly, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Location: Sun Valley, CA
Pay rate DOE
Job type: Full Time (Temporary, converting to permanent based on performance)
Shift: 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $16.90 - $85.00
