Bookkeeper needed for a flooring company.
Are you only available 28 to 40 hours a week?
Are you a retired bookkeeper that would like to work 28 to 40 hours per week?
Job Duties: Process Receivables, Process Payable, Process Preliminary Liens, Process Progress Payments, Process Certificates of Insurance Forms.
Job Functions: Knowledge of AIA Billing (Architecture International Association Billing), Knowledge of Excel Forms and Processes.
Knowledge of Job Runner and Floor Manager Program
