Responsibilities include the following

• Monitor operational performance and efficiency
• Be hands on job function; machine worker duties with CNC Machine 
• Oversee the daily activities required to process the current jobs within established schedule
• Ensure maintenance activities are carried out within company policy, customer needs, and all legislative requirements
• Communicate and provide feedback to management regarding activities, issues and / or problems on jobs
• Create and execute the daily/weekly plan for all assigned shop locations accomplishing preventative maintenance and set or reevaluate priorities depending on location needs

Experience: Experience using machinery (CNC machines)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be able to lead others in department 
• Experience programing CNC Machines 
• Must be able to set up manual machines 
• Maintain a positive attitude in a highly intense environment
• Perform inspections of internal and outside repairs to ensure all work was properly completed in accordance with company's safety and compliance procedures 
• General knowledge of machines used and processes (Preferable CNC Machines)
