• Framing & Structure: Constructing, erecting, and repairing building frameworks, including walls, rafters, and doorframes.

• Finish Carpentry: Installing molding, cabinets, doors, windows, and hardware.

• Installation & Repair: Installing drywall, laying flooring, and replacing damaged woodwork.

• Blueprint Reading: Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine project requirements.

• Material Prep: Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials with precision.

• Safety & Compliance: Adhering to local building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines. 

• Experience: Completed apprenticeship or equivalent extensive, hands-on experience in construction.

• Technical Skill: Proficiency in operating tools like saws, drills, sanders, and routers.

• Math Skills: Strong mathematical abilities for calculating measurements and material estimates.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs), and work at heights.

• Attention to Detail: High precision in finishing work, such as cabinetry or trim.
