The Carpenter provides a proactive and comprehensive preventive maintenance program. Participates in the efficient and successful completion of projects while respecting the learning environment and the mission of the customer. Responds to emergencies to protect life-safety, property, the mission, and the reputation of our customer.

This is a full-time (1.0 time-base), benefits eligible, permanent/probationary position. This position is designated non-exempt under FLSA and is eligible for overtime compensation. Work hours are Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., but may vary based on operational needs.

• Must be a team player who can have fun while working
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Be able to lift 100+ lbs. on routine basis
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Be able to multi-task while working efficiently
• Be a quick learner and have an eye for detail
• Full time availability to include weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Great customer service skills
• Must possess good communication skills to present products to customers at each job
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States

Experience:

• Carpentry: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred to move from job sites)
