• Design, build, and install custom cabinetry, shelving, and storage solutions tailored to luxury van interiors.
• Collaborate closely with our design team and clients to translate creative concepts into functional, high-quality builds.
• Operate CNC machines and use CAD software for precise cabinetry designs (experience preferred).
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring accurate measurements and perfect fits.
• Select and work with premium materials and finishes that meet both aesthetic and functional standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workshop and ensure all tools and equipment are in safe working condition.
• Manage project timelines and work independently as well as within a team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in carpentry, cabinetry, or custom woodworking (experience in vehicle conversion or similar environments is a plus).
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; prior exposure to CNC machines and CAD software is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

We are looking for a Carpenter to perform the following duties:

• Install windows and exterior doors.
• Instal interior doors, case, base, shelving and other trim carpentry.
• Install pre manufactured cabinets and vanities
• Light framing
• Install hardware ( bath, cabinet, door, etc. )
• Minor flooring work.
• Miscellaneous carpentry needs on residential remodels and new construction.
• Manage onsite activities of other carpenters and helpers.
• Check on active job sites and document status via Daily Log updates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure scope of work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure quality of work meets our high standards.
• Ensure job sites are clean.
• Complete job site safety audits.
• Complete OSHA toolbox safety talks with subcontractors.
• Interact with clients on-site.
• Attend building inspections.
• Deliver materials when necessary.
