Cashier
Job Description

Great customers warmly, answer questions and provide assistance with orders, returns, or general inquiries to ensure a positive guest experience.

Operate point-of-sales (POS) systems to accurately ring up purchases, apply discounts, process payments and issue receipts.

Handle cash, credit, debit and gift card transactions responsibly; count and reconcile register drawers at beginning and end of shifts.

Keep the register area clean, organized and fully stocked with necessary supplies such as bags, receipt paper and promotional materials.

Work closely with other front-of house staff, baristas and kitchen team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Follow company procedures for refunds, voids, coupons redemption and register security; maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Requirements

Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred.

POS, comfortable using computerized cash register systems and payments terminals.

Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Attention to details when handling money and entering orders.
-
Quick thinker who can resolve customers' issues calmly and efficiently.

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
-
Able to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning or restocking as needed.

Pay Rate: $16.50

Pay Ranges from: $16.50 - $85.00
