Job Description
- Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, tightening while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Perform blending operations of various chemicals which requires following a formula from beginning to the end
- Obtain samples of batches and test for requirements in Quality Control Lab
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor
- Assist in all production areas as needed, as well as maintaining an accurate inventory of Kor-Chem’s raw materials
- Palletizing and preparing all orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
- Other duties assigned
- Computer literate
- Detail-oriented and possess good math skills
Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
- May be required to stand for long periods of time
- May engage in frequent bending, squatting, lifting, pushing, and pulling of parts and parts containers
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions such as heat, humidity, and cold
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Must wear hard hats
- Must wear work boots
- Must wear gloves
