We are looking for a dedicated and energetic individual to join our food service team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for preparing churros.

• You will mix dough to the exact consistency required, ensuring strict adherence
• Monitoring deep fryers to maintain the correct cooking temperature
• You ensure every churro is perfectly seasoned, beautifully plated, and served hot to our guests
• You clean as you go and maintain strict California Health Code safety standards
• Communicating clearly with the front-of-house team to keep tickets moving during massive rushes
• Removing fried churros, allowing excess oil to drain, and immediately coating them in a cinnamon-sugar mixture while they are still warm

• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs (bags of flour, oil), and comfortably work safely near hot oil and commercial equipment
• 1 year experience
• English and Spanish speaker preferred
