Job Description
- Answer all incoming Calls
- Take message and send them via email to the appropriate staff member
- Assist with new client consultations
- Completer (New File Log questioners
- Review conflict list for existing matters
- Schedule consultations on the google calendar
- Follow up with potential clients
- Track receipt of client questionnaires and follow up if missing
- Collect documents from the filling box'
- Scan and distribute mail
- Able to manage multiple task independently and maintain confidentiality
Job Requirements
- Prior administrative experience legal background
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with tools such as Share point , Google Calendar,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Rate: $22.00-25.00/HR
Pay-Rate Ranges: $22.00/25.00 Hr -$85.00
