Job Description
- Assist with answering phone calls, sorting through company mail and scanning records
- Ordering company office supplies
- Support Management Team’s administrative and clerical requirements
- Back-up Customer Service with Order Entry Support updating customer required licenses
- Maintain relationships with facility vendors and coordinate service as needed Support AR and remote employees
- Key Accountabilities (What are the main responsibilities of the role, against which performance is measured)
Job Requirements
- Ability to work specified shift
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift
- Able to perform math calculations
- Able to learn and operate software
- Able to operate spreadsheet software applications
- Able to operate word processing applications
- Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with associates and/or customers
Additional Information
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $85.00 Hourly
