Job Description
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching
- Apply paint, primer, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Protect surrounding areas with masking and coverings
- Mix and match paint colors as needed
- Operate ladders, scaffolding, and lifts safely
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain tools and keep work areas clean
- Complete projects efficiently and meet quality standards
Job Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a commercial painter
- Experience working on commercial or industrial projects
- Ability to operate a boom forklift safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and coating application
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
- Understanding of workplace safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Additional Information
Pay rate: $26/Hour +
Pay range: $26-$85 (We are required by law to list the highest-paid employee)
