Detailed Dusting: Remove fine construction dust from walls, vents, light fixtures, ceilings, and baseboards using HEPA vacuums and microfiber materials.

Surface Cleaning: Wash and polish interior and exterior glass, remove paint splatters, and peel protective stickers from new appliances or windows. 

Fixture Detailing: Clean, sanitize, and polish newly installed kitchens and bathrooms, including sinks, countertops, and hardware. 

Safety & Compliance: Maintain clear walking paths, set up caution tape or barricades, and enforce site hazard guidelines.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift \(50+\) pounds regularly for full shifts.

Protective Equipment (PPE): Required to wear hard hats, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and high-visibility vests depending on the job site.

Tools: Proficiency using industrial sweepers, HEPA vacuums, power washers, and scraping blades.
