Job Description
- Preparing construction sites: Removing debris and hazards, cleaning, and ensuring the area is safe and organized
- Loading and unloading materials: Moving building materials, tools, and supplies
- Digging and filling: Digging trenches, backfilling holes, and compacting earth
- Erecting structures: Building or taking apart scaffolding, bracing, and temporary structures
- Operating tools and equipment: Using hand tools like shovels and jackhammers, and power tools like saws, drills, and cement mixers
- Assisting trades workers: Helping electricians, plumbers, and other craft workers with their tasks
- Mixing and spreading materials: Using hand tools to mix and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel, and other materials
- Maintaining equipment: Cleaning and repairing tools, equipment, and machinery
Job Requirements
- Ability to perform hard physical labor, in all sorts of conditions and settings
- Reliable transportation
- Some knowledge in the construction industry
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Your own basic hand tools
Additional Information
Pay rate: $17.00/Hour +
Pay range: $17.00-$85 (We are required by law to list highest paid employee)
