Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee facility improvement projects, equipment installations, and manufacturing infrastructure upgrades in a fast-paced technology and fabrication environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage multiple projects, coordinate contractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Job Requirements
- Lead construction and facility-related projects from planning through completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
- Oversee cleanroom modifications, utility upgrades, and equipment installation projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contractor proposals.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction.
- Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular progress reports to management.
Job Requirements
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience managing contractors and capital improvement projects.
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, laboratory, or cleanroom environments is a plus.

Pay range: $16-$85
