• Clean, deodorize, and sanitize contents using specific cleaning products
• Extensive dusting of all surfaces including furniture, light fixtures, windowsills, and trim
• Cleaning both sides of all windows to remove dirt and grime, power-washing
• Vacuuming carpets and mopping all hard surface floors
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing 
• Using appropriate cleaning solutions depending on material and surfaces
• Efficiently removing dirt, dust, and debris
• Disposing of any debris or trash 
• Inspect and report any signs of damage 
• Ensure proper handle handle of fragile, high-value, or sentimental items 

Attention to detail and precision
Experience working in all types of weather and environment
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to work with/around cleaning products
Experience in cleaning is a PLUS
Reliable transportation
Valid Driver License
