Customer Service – Freight Shipping (Pre-Call)
Job Description

Pre-call coordination: Contact clients before freight delivery

Shipping support: Confirm addresses and delivery times

Data entry: Log call info and updates into system

Clear communication: Professionally speak with clients by phone

Attention to detail: Catch errors before they become problems
Job Requirements

Comfortable making high volume calls

Strong customer service and phone skills
-
Computer literate (email, Excel)

Organized and focused
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Additional Information
PAY RATE: $23.00
The pay rate ranges from $23.00 - $25.00 depending on experience
PAY RANGE: $15-$85
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
