Customer Service Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks experience
Job Description

QuickBooks Management: Recording daily financial transactions, entering bills, creating invoices, and reconciling bank statements.

Customer Support: Answering phone calls, handling billing questions, managing customer databases, and updating records in QuickBooks.

Administrative Support: Providing general office assistance, maintaining digital/physical records, scheduling, and supporting staff with various clerical tasks.

Accounts AR/AP: Following up on past-due invoices, processing vendor payments, and preparing accounts receivable/payable reports.Shipping orders via Quickbooks shipping software
Job Requirements

Software Proficiency: Proven experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop.

Office Software: Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, Word, and video conferencing tools.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for professional customer interaction.

Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
Common Education & Experience

Previous experience in office administration or bookkeeping roles is generally required
Additional Information
Employment Type -Full time, Monday - Friday.
Pay Rate-$24.00/HR
Pay-Rate Ranges $16.80/HR-$85.00/HR
