Customer Service Associate

Job Description

  • Assist Customers with questions and recommendations
  • Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register 
  • Maintain security of cash and protect company assets 
  • Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise 
  • Received merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards 
  • Ensure a positive safe and respectful environment while maintaining  professional and friendly interactions with customers
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors 
  • Other duties assigned 
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skill are required 
  • Incumbents will follow any other instructions and perform any other related duties as may be required by their supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Previous customer service experience , retail, hotel, restaurant , grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required 
  • Must be able to lift between 30 and 50lbs .
  • Excellent customer service and relationships management skills are required 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are required
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-Making skills are required. 
 

Additional Information

Employment Type: Monday - Sunday

Pay Rate: $20.00/HR 

Pay-Rate Ranges: $20.00-85.00HR
