The Customer Service team (bilingual Spanish) will assist with recruiting candidates for our open warehouse, construction/demolition, clerical, and skilled employee roles, among others.

Customer Service/role (bilingual Spanish) requires Spanish proficiency.

Will be able to work overtime if needed due to client demand

Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Experience in the recruiting field is a BIG plus

Individuals must possess strong communication and client relationship-building skills, as well as an excellent phone personality.

Some of the duties of the Customer Service / Bilingual Spanish will include:

Helping applicants fill out their employment application

Answering phone calls

Recruiting temporary employees

Data Entry

Frequent cold-calling and appointment setting

Call existing customers to generate repeat sales

Assist new applicants with the employment process, answer questions, and verify the eligibility of potential temporary employees to work.

Assist with dispatch by preparing work tickets, distributing safety equipment, selecting employees for job assignments, and directing them to the job site.

Assist in processing payroll.

Writing accurate customer orders over the phone

Experience in the recruiting field is a BIG plus

Customer Service must have a reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.

Clean background (Background check will be done upon hiring process)

Clean driving record (Must present driving record)

Be professional under tough circumstances.

Willing to learn and help out as a team member.
