Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Our team of CSR’s are responsible for assisting customers, entering a variety of data daily, answering phones in a professional manner, processing accounts receivable, and assisting other team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in a professional manner.
- Generate customer reports per customer request (i.e. weekly, monthly late/bill reports).
- Individuals must be comfortable making and answering phone calls in a professional manner.
- Email customers and call customers in regard to payment of invoices.
- Self-motivated personality with a strong work ethic.
- Work well in a office/team environment.
- Entry level data entry.
- Must be willing to learn as we are willing to train.
- Other duties to be assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Pass a drug test and a clean background check.
- Ability to show up for shifts and stay in its entirety.
- Willing to learn and be trained.
Additional Information
Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
No previous office experience required as we are willing to train!
