Customer Service Representative
Job Description

Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions.

Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries.

Meet customer-service department sales targets, generating leads when opportunities arise.
Job Requirements

Flexible schedule.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Driver license.

High School Diploma.

Employment Type: Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $18.00/HR
Pay Rate Ranges: $18.00/HR-$85.00/HR
