One of Arizona's fastest growing staffing agencies is looking to add to its Phoenix team.

If you have customer service experience, this is the place for you.

The job duties are but not limited to:

Helping applicants fill out their employment application
Answering phone calls
Recruiting temporary / permanent employees
Data entry
Frequent cold-calling and appointment setting
Call existing customers to generate repeat sales
Assist with dispatch by preparing work ticket, distributing safety equipment, selecting employees for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location
Drive temporary workers and from job sites as needed (mileage compensated)
Assist in processing payroll

Job functions are but not limited to:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Computer skills- sending, receiving, copying, pasting etc.
Ability to work as a team and alone when the situation calls for it.
Goal oriented
Must have great attendance
Must be available to work scheduled shift and flex when customer needs arise.
Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience / Qualifications:

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
