Customer Service Representative

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Additional Information
Pay Rate Ranges: $17.00 per hour to $85.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, with Weekend Availability
