Customer Service Representative
Job Description

Greet and assist walk-in applicants and answer incoming phone calls

Provide information about available jobs and the application process

Screen potential candidates and schedule interviews

Communicate professionally with clients to confirm job orders and worker placement

Help coordinate employee dispatch and follow up on attendance

Resolve customer and employee issues quickly and professionally
Job Requirements
- Previous customer service or administrative experience (staffing experience a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Must be able to pass a background check, Drug Test, COVID-19 Vaccinated

- SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 9:30a.m-6:00p.m Saturdays as needed
