Job Description

Answering phones: Assist clients and applicants with questions

Scheduling: Set up interviews, orientations, and follow-ups

Recruiting: Call and screen potential applicants

Data entry: Keep applications and employee files updated
-
Multitasking: Handle front desk tasks in a busy office

Customer support: Provide service to walk-ins and ongoing clients
Job Requirements

Comfortable speaking on the phone and in person

Strong organization and follow-through

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Additional Information
PAY RATE: $18.00
The pay rate ranges from $17.50 - $18.00 depending on experience
PAY RANGE: $15-$85
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
