Customer Service Representative
Job Description
-
Answer office phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Respond to texts and emails sent to the office number and inbox.

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner.

Perform light cleaning duties (e.g., wipe down surfaces, replace trash bags in common areas).

Sign for and manage deliveries, including glass sheets and packages from UPS, FedEx, etc.
-
Process in-person payments using a POS terminal.

Job Requirements
-
Experience with QuickBooks Online is highly preferred.

Proficient in Excel and Adobe applications.
-
Some college required; college degree preferred.
-
Plumbing industry experience is a plus.
-
Strong communication and organizational skills.
-
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Additional Information
Location: Santa Clarita
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Pay Range: $16.00 – $85.00 per hour
