Hotel Front Desk Positions
Job Description
-
Greet guests as they arrive and check them into their rooms

Process guest payments and make necessary adjustments
-
Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
-
Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are clean and in working order
-
Assist with special requests and accommodations as needed
-
Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts

Perform night audit duties including balancing the day's transactions and preparing reports
Job Requirements
-
One year of hotel front desk experience in a limited service economy motel
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-
Attention to detail and accuracy
-
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems
-
Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Additional Information
Employment Type: Full Time (Mon- Fri.)
Pay Rate: $17.50/HR
Pay-Rate Ranges: $25.00/HR- $80.00/HR
