  • Maintains database by entering new and updated account information
  • Establishes entry priorities
  • Enters data requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
  • Receive and promptly respond to customer queries via phone, email, or online chat
  • Log into Chat Support daily
  • Document Issues and Resolutions
  • Develop Customer Service Solutions
  • Resolve problems
  • Identify Possible Website Errors
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is met successfully
  • Problem-solving and time management.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Data entry experience or related experience
  • Quick typing skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs

Employment Type - Monday - Friday (weekends if needed)
Pay Rate-$19.00/Hr
Pay-Rate Ranges $19.00/HR-$85.00/HR
