We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Denture Production Technician to join our dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate will assist in the fabrication, repair, finishing, and polishing of full and partial dentures while maintaining high-quality standards and accuracy. This position requires strong hand skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate full and partial dentures according to prescriptions and specifications
• Prepare and pour dental impressions and molds
• Trim, polish, shape, and finish dentures and dental appliances
• Repair damaged or broken dentures
• Operate dental laboratory tools and equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace
• Follow infection control and workplace safety procedures
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with dentists, technicians, and lab staff to meet production deadlines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in dental laboratory or denture production preferred
• Knowledge of dental materials, acrylics, and denture fabrication techniques
• Ability to use hand tools, polishing equipment, grinders, and dental lab machinery
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and dental prescriptions
• Good time-management and teamwork skills
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Dental laboratory technician certification is a plus
• Experience with removable prosthetics and denture repairs
• Familiarity with digital dental workflows is an advantage
