Conduct door-to-door outreach: Visit assigned neighborhoods or voter lists to meet with residents, deliver campaign messaging, and engage in conversations about issues, candidates, or registration.

Promote voter registration & turnout: Educate citizens about registration rules, early voting, absentee ballots, and polling locations.

Persuade and inform: Use provided scripts, talking points, and data to engage with undecided or infrequent voters and encourage their participation.

Collect data & report: Record responses, update canvas sheets or mobile apps in real time, track outcomes (support, undecided, refusal, etc.).

Follow compliance & safety protocols: Adhere to legal, ethical, and campaign guidelines regarding political speech, privacy, and conduct.

Attend training & meetings: Participate in orientation, daily briefings, debriefs, and campaign strategy sessions.

Coordinate with team: Work with field leads, organizers, and volunteers to meet targets, adjust plans, and optimize canvassing routes.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage strangers in respectful, meaningful conversation.

• Ability to follow scripts, instructions, and campaign protocols.

• Comfortable walking for extended periods and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
