We are seeking a reliable and motivated Express Laundry Assistant Team Leader to support daily laundry operations and help lead a team in delivering high-quality, efficient service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily laundry production and workflow.
• Lead, train, and support laundry attendants and production staff.
• Ensure laundry is processed, folded, packaged, and delivered according to company standards.
• Monitor productivity, quality control, and turnaround times.
• Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and shift coverage.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the facility.
• Operate and oversee laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and folding equipment.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Help manage inventory of laundry supplies and report equipment maintenance needs.
• Support management in achieving operational and performance goals.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in laundry, hospitality, manufacturing, or a related production environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Preferred:

• Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience in commercial laundry operations.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and quality standards.
