Job Description

  • Receiving & Inspection: Unloading trucks, verifying deliveries against purchase orders, and inspecting products for damage or quality issues upon arrival.
  • Inventory Management: Using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, restock items, and maintain accurate records of cold and dry storage items.
  • Order Fulfillment: Selecting (picking) orders accurately, packing, and staging goods for distribution, often in fast-paced environments.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to Health Department regulations, and adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory methods.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other machinery to move stock.

Job Requirements

  • Physical Stamina: Standing, walking, bending, and Lifting 50+ lbs frequently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (e.g., SAP, Oracle), barcode scanners, and RFID technology.
  • Safety & Compliance: Knowledge of OSHA regulations, proper sanitation, and food safety protocols to prevent contamination.
  • Equipment Operation: Certification or ability to be trained on forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric lifts.
  • Logistics & Organization: Inventory tracking, scanning, loading/unloading trucks, and picking/packing orders.
  • Environment: Capability to work in varied temperatures, including freezers and coolers.
  • Must need a TB Test and provide us with their TB results 

Additional Information

  • PAY Rate: $23.99
  • Expected Hours: Full-Time
  • Pay Range: $19.50-$85.00
