Job Description
We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance On-Call Specialist to support property and facility upkeep on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and available for emergency or after-hours calls.
Responsibilities:
- Address urgent maintenance issues and service calls
- Perform minor to moderate repairs and upkeep tasks
- Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with management and staff
Job Requirements
- Experience in maintenance, facilities, or related field
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
