Responsible for maintaining safety, organization, and smooth guest flow during festival events. Provides customer service while monitoring parking areas and managing entrance ticket verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct vehicles to designated parking areas and maintain traffic flow

• Monitor parking lots to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access

• Verify and scan tickets at festival entrances

• Check wristbands, credentials, or passes for authorized entry

• Provide directions and information to guests

• Enforce event rules and safety regulations

• Report suspicious activity or incidents to supervisors

• Assist with crowd control during peak entry and exit times

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to remain calm in high-traffic or high-volume situations

• Alert and observant with good judgment

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Team-oriented and dependable
