• Custom work for cabinetry, millworks, doors, panels
• Conduct repair work and installations of doors, windows, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures
• Install and repair moldings and trim around doors, windows, baseboards
• Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials
• Designing, cutting, measuring, shaping, installing materials according to clients requirements
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints 
• Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment
• Skilled use of hand and power tools 
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
