We are currently hiring experienced Fire Stopping Technicians for residential and commercial projects. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in fast-paced construction environments.

• Install fire stopping systems in walls, ceilings, floors, and penetrations
• Apply fire caulking, sealants, putty, and fire-rated materials
• Seal openings around pipes, electrical systems, ducts, and cables
• Read blueprints and follow fire code requirements
• Perform work in residential homes, apartment complexes, commercial buildings, and construction sites
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety and fire protection standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Experience & Knowledge

• Previous fire stopping experience preferred
• Construction or general labor background is a plus
• Knowledge of fire-rated assemblies and penetration sealing methods
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read tape measures and basic construction drawings

• Ability to follow instructions and meet project deadlines

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
• Ability to work at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces when needed
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods of time

Certifications & Additional Requirements

• Must follow OSHA and jobsite safety regulations
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites
• Bilingual is a plus
