We are looking for a dependable and adaptable Food Production Support Worker to join our team. This role supports three departments—Flour, Masa, and Corn—and includes general packaging duties as well as direct food handling, particularly manual tortilla packing in the Corn department. The position requires travel between two production facilities (East LA and South Gate), so a personal vehicle is required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manually pack tortillas in the Corn department, adhering to food safety standards
• Handle and package food products in a sanitary and efficient manner
• Box finished goods and stack them on pallets for storage and shipment
• Rotate between the Flour, Masa, and Corn departments depending on production needs
• Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively and follow supervisor instructions
• Travel between East LA and South Gate facilities (mileage and travel time compensated)

• Must have a reliable vehicle to travel between work sites
• Ability to follow food handling protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Previous experience in food production or packaging preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including late-night shifts
• Dependability, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
