We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials in residential and commercial settings.

Duties:

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas.

• Install various types of flooring including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet.

• Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and repairing as necessary.

• Apply adhesives or other bonding agents as required for different flooring types.

• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

• Collaborate with clients and contractors to understand project requirements and address any concerns.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Follow safety protocols on construction sites to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Experience:Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in drywall installation, maintenance person tasks, cabinet installation, caulking, tile laying, and floor care.

  • Experience in remodeling projects and water damage restoration is a plus.

  • Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in flooring installation.

  • Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
