Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description
This position requires minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment, executing and developing solutions to problems, and diplomatically implementing decisions made by management. Day-to-day responsibilities of the Concierge will vary depending on the needs of the residents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Effectively provide excellent resident services through day-to-day interaction and correspondence with residents.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- log in resident to parking and mail systems
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents and potential residents, while effectively directing individuals to the appropriate resources.
- Handle telephone calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle and resolve resident complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Route and convey important information to other staff members accurately, both orally and in writing.
- Assist residents with the completion of work orders.
- Establishes personal work priorities and action steps to complete duties and responsibilities, projects, etc.
Job Requirements
- Represent the community in a professional manner.
- Maintain a positive businesslike attitude in person and on the telephone.
- Dress in a neat, clean, professional manner and adhere to appropriate grooming.
Additional Information
Employment Type: Temp to Hire- Monday to Friday Weekends as needed.
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Pay Rate Ranges: $19 per hour to $85.00 per hour
